Return Policy

MakoStars Return Policy

We will exchange items if there are obvious defects such as missing or incomplete pages. We purchase items from our suppliers in good condition, but there may be cases where items are delivered with some damage to the cover or packaging. As long as there is no major damage to the exterior or inside of the merchandise, these items may be sold. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:
  • The cover of the product is slightly damaged or slightly bent.
  • Minor scratches on the product, etc.
  • If it has been more than 30 days since the product arrived
  • If the product is dirty, damaged, or malfunctioning due to the customer's negligence.
  • If a large quantity of the same or equivalent product has been purchased.
  • After the product has been shipped due to the customer's reason (wrong order, not satisfied with the product, etc.).
  • We also do not accept exchanges for products that are different from the original purchase.


Please contact us by e-mail (info@makostars-store.com) within 30 days of receipt of the product.

MakoStars will be responsible for return shipping fees only in the following cases:

  • Different product or quantity from what customer ordered.
  • Severe damage to the product during shipping process
In any other instance, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, including but not limited to:
  • Failure to deliver by shipping firm due to incorrect address, not accepting delivery.
  • Failure to receive product by the storage deadline set by shipping transportation firm.
  • Order cancellation after product has shipped.
  • Customer's own reason.
